My textile piece Lineal is included in this group show of Cork Textiles Network members. It marks the 20th Anniversary of the network and is a retrospective look at some of the amazing work produced by members over the past two decades. The exhibition coincides with the launch of 20, an anniversary book that showcases the diverse textile work of its dynamic collective.
About Cork Textiles Network
Cork Textiles Network is a collective membership body for makers who use textiles in their practice. CTN aims to promote exchange with other textile Networks and artists in Ireland and across Europe. The group has made significant inroads in bringing fibre art to children both in libraries and in the classroom. Established in 1998 the group celebrate 20 years in 2018.
